DAY ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTEEN

i wanna learn how to dance like all the tecktonik dancers. too bad so many parties in detroit were no glow, since that would have helped me a lot with my poi and awesome dance skills. new project for kim and me, after learning belly dancing?

officemate leaves for a week soon and it will be the most boringest of longest weeks ever. i bet there will be a lot of pining, pained looks at the empty and boring spot where she should be sitting.

last night liz's mom made a reference to the 's' word. she meant sex. it was really funny. i wonder if she has ever seen celebrity jeopardy on snl. liz is right now trying to determine whether or not her mom has ever used the word 'sex' around her, and cannot come up with an example.

lots of stories, more and more and more, in the news of truth and fiction. three cups of tea, npr etc etc. i wanna read them all and write and think about them but instead i think i'll read a harrowing tale of a cypriot company investing in bulgaria with its energy assets rendered worthless by the acts of government, a bilateral investment treaty, the energy charter treaty, and a panel of three - and only three - arbitrators, upon whose backs a difficult and world-(bank) changing decision must lie. What happens to the most favored nation clause? Remember the good ole teamster and turtles days? What is the likelihood of me eventually working for the WTO? Will my soul have completely imploded by that point? These questions and more will maybe be explored in the "fact" portion of "fiction as fact", a long post that i'll eventually get around to encompassing all that i've read.

also, where the hell is the treatise (trans)portation: an examination of (s)pace and place?
