I've started my review of all that is menemen. More to come once I've had more.
BAMBI MENEMEN
Bambi menemen is a bit greasy and very tomato-ey. The eggs have been cooked improperly, so it's more like a liquidy tomato mixture with some very overcooked scrambled eggs on top. Despite that, it's quite delicious, if not the most accurate version.
CILGIN DURUM
Lots of bread for their slightly less greasy version. It's still overcooked scrambled eggs, but better than Bambi's. The containers their menemen comes in TOTALLY SUCK. Lots of ridges, so three to four spoonfulls get caught up in there.
