Ok, there are so many details in this article. Absurd. This is like a torts setup. It's a crazy article - note, in particular, the aside about Mazolla. And, though I guess it shouldn't be funny, that Ohio has the most lax wild animal laws as well as the highest rate of injuries from them. Here's another one on the same subject.
