It appears that tumblr accounts have been banned as "social networking." This is unfortunate, and seems to ignore what tumblr is: a way of transmitting data. It is not just social networking, and as far as I can tell, judging by your definition of social networking, is not even social networking at all (it is very unlike facebook or myspace).
